Nature of Dispute:  Failure to implement the grievance process in response to a grievance complaint concerning matters including but not limited to a toxic work environment.

Result of Grievance: On February 27, 2020 a settlement was reached between WUFA and the University. The University shall respond to grievances initiated under Article 11:05(b) in accordance with Article 39 of the Collective Agreement.
