Survey Results of the Administrative Evaluation Survey (2024)

This report provides the results of a survey about the performance of administrators at the University of Windsor who were in office for the longest time during the period of July 1, 2023 through to March 26, 2024.  The survey was sent to WUFA members on March 25, 2024.  The aim of the survey was to gauge WUFA members' perspectives about the quality and effectiveness of senior administrators, with the hope that this information can be used constructively, to promote collegial governance, and further the teaching and research missions of the university. The survey was not intended to deepen division between administration and faculty/librarians but to gather useful information in promoting better performance and more effective leadership at the University. All responses are anonymous.

The rating scale for responses used 1 as the highest score ("Strongly Agree/Excellent") and 5 as the lowest score ("Strongly Disagree/Very Poor")
